Feature requests

  • A way to filter through feedback for keywords

  • A way to filter through feedback to see if someone left contact information

  • The ability to mark feedback as addressed, so it doesn't count as a "no" and impact our score

  • The ability to mark a comment as irrelevant because the user was in the wrong place

  • A place to see the feedback from multiple pages at once

  • A way to see funnel movement to know whether users are funneling down the site into the more granular pages

  • A tool providing analytics that indicate whether a page can be deleted or not. For example, these analytics could include the last time a user visited a certain page

  • A tool that determines and reports which documents are orphans, or not linked correctly

  • Analytics displaying how many people went to a page, which page they came from, and how many people came from the main landing page compared to a related page
