  • Fixed a bug that allowed you to save a page-based Alert without telling the CMS on which page(s) the alert should be displayed (DP-10380).

  • Updated the look and feel of the Analytics Dashboards (Beta) to improve usability and stability. Learn more about using these dashboards (DP-10490).

  • Fixed 2 formatting issues when displaying fees. Now, fees will no longer display 2 dollar signs or decimal places for an even dollar amount (ex. “$24.00” will always display as “$24”). Decimal places will only display for values of $0.01 or greater (DP-10615).

  • You can now publish and unpublish documents from the All documents view. You can do this by checking the boxes to the left of documents and selecting “Publish media” or “Unpublish media” from the Action dropdown menu (DP-10911).

  • Added a “sticky” table of contents (TOC) to multiple content types: Advisory, Decision, Executive Order, Regulation, and Rules of Court. (A sticky TOC remains at the top of a page as a user scrolls down.) This update also improved existing sticky TOCs on Information Details, Curated Lists, and Guides (DP-10462, DP-10774).

  • Updated video layout on Service pages. Now, video added to this page will appear larger and aligned under the page’s Overview for a cleaner display (DP-11058, DP-10793).

  • Added a “sticky” scroll bar to tables created in the CMS. Now, if a table has a scrollbar to scroll left or right, it will display at the bottom of the screen instead of at the very bottom of the table (DP-8725).

  • When you add Related locations to a Location Page, a Location Listing page is automatically created. The title of this page is now “Other locations related to [Location]” instead of the previous confusing title “[Location] Locations” (DP-10591).

  • Added an orange “CSV” button to the bottom left of the All content page. Use this button to export a list of content (after you’ve filtered by organization, username, page type, etc.) as a spreadsheet (DP-10263).

  • Fixed a bug where links added to the “Log in to…” section of the Organization Page sub-navigation menu didn’t appear (DP-10448).

  • Fixed a bug causing the Analytics Dashboards (Beta) to display at ⅔ width (DP-10498).

  • Added more information to “pins” on the maps of Location Listings. Clicking on a pin will open up a card with a link to the Location Page and a link to get directions to that location (DP-10320).

  • On Fees, you can now only add numerals to the Fee amount field. Before, if you added a dollar sign, comma, or other non-numeric characters your fee would display incorrectly or not at all (DP-10385).

  • Made improvements to contacting authors through the CMS. When you contact an author through the CMS from the “edit” page or Revisions page, the subject line will automatically include the title and node ID of the page you’re referencing by default (DP-9301).

  • When editing a document, the title at the top of the "Edit" page will now read “Edit Document: Document title” instead of “Edit Document: file name.pdf” (DP-10411).

  • Fixed a bug on Service Pages where the “Related Services” and “Additional Resources” columns weren’t aligned when displayed on a tablet (DP-5955).

  • Added a new author landing page. You'll start on this page after logging into the CMS, and you can return to it from any page by clicking the "EDIT MASS.GOV" button in the top left corner. This page features 3 sections: The latest release notes, content you've most recently edited or watched, and Mass.gov resources, such as knowledge base articles and a link to file a ServiceNow request (DP-9182).

  • Removed "My work" and "Watched content" from the admin toolbar. To see content you've edited or are watching, click the "My content" button (DP-9182 & DP-9510).

  • The "Preview" button will only appear after you've saved or published a first draft (DP-9792).

  • Fixed a bug where some older unpublished documents were still available publicly. Now, all unpublished files are inaccessible publicly (DP-10179).

  • Fixed a bug on Curated Lists where the text on the "Add List - Manual" button sometimes disappeared when creating a directory (DP-10239).

  • Fixed a bug where social media links weren't appearing on "General" Organization Pages (DP-10268).

  • Fixed a bug on Organization Pages that required a background image to add content to the More Services fields. The background image requirement was removed as part of Release 0.121.0 (DP-10276).

  • Updated the site-wide feedback button (the sticky button on the bottom right corner on every page) to read "Feedback" instead of "Tell us what you think." The new button is also fixed to the bottom right corner of each page (DP-10019).

  • Replaced the Contributing Organization field on documents with the Organization(s) field, which includes the same org information (DP-10101).

  • Fixed a bug that allowed iFrames from unapproved domains on Information Detail pages. Now, only whitelisted domains are allowed (DP-10111).

  • Enhanced the authoring experience for adding links to Alerts. Now, you can choose whether your Alert links to the default alert page, a specific internal (e.g. Info Detail or How-to) or external page, or nothing (DP-7322).

  • Fixed a bug where Curated Lists with only 1 list displayed a table of contents and "List title." Now, tables of contents and "List titles" will only display on pages with 2 or more lists (DP-6871).

  • Changed the title of the "User" menu (in the upper right of the CMS) to "Account" (DP-10183).

  • Fixed a bug where .mmp files would download instead of open for users (DP-10150).

  • Fixed a bug so Binders now display properly on Curated Lists when sorting by "date created" (DP-9132).

  • Location Listing pages will display hours and phone numbers for locations (DP-10029).

  • Updated Location Listing pages so when you hover over a location, the map doesn't automatically zoom into the pinned location. Now, the pin will bounce when hovering over the location (DP-9522).

  • Now, when using a search filter on a Location Listing page, the filter won't reset if you click off the page and back to the search results (DP-9486).

  • Using the Complex time event time field on an Event page will now override both the date and time displayed on the page (DP-8381).

  • Improved the experience of embedding images. Now, the "E" symbol has been replaced with an image thumbnail. Also, images you've uploaded will be saved in a folder so they can be referenced again without having to re-upload the file (DP-9518).

  • Marked the "Related" tab in Events required, since the Associated pages field must be completed before publishing your Event (DP-9515).

  • Fixed a bug that prevented you from scrolling after adding a photo to a News item in edit mode (DP-9742).
