See examples that illustrate best practices for writing alt text.
Alt text reads "A boardwalk winds along a wide river that has many small boats moored in it. Trees are planted along the right side of the boardwalk, at the edge of a grassy field."
Alt text: "A doe grazing in a field with two fawns standing in the background."
Images with text can often be found on Mass.gov in the tiles of a Featured Mosaic on an Organization or Service Page. If those graphics are going to feature text, that text and the alt text should mirror the link text.
