User Group Meeting - June 7, 2021

Details about the seventh User Group Meeting.

The seventh User Group Meeting was held Monday, June 7, 2021, via WebEx.

The meeting focused on Findability and Navigation on Mass.gov. Mass Digital presented an overview of results from extensive findability research, shared plans for upcoming improvements to Mass.gov, and sought input about these issues from the audience.
