What should headings look like for longer pages of links in the new Service page prototype?
Some suggestions are organizing by task, audience, topic, or a mixture of these things. A good place to start is thinking about who is coming to your page and why they are coming to your page.
What is the best way to choose related links?
A good place to start is to think about pages you know are in demand and pages that you want people to find.
How customizable will the new Service pages be? How much freedom will the author have in terms of creating Service pages?
It is our plan that authors will be able to organize their content in the way that they see best. The details regarding author freedoms and constraints have not yet been finalized.

The ability to put more content on the front pages so users can have access to a broader range of information without having to click "See all"
The ability to turn headers into buttons that have a drop down when they are clicked to allow users to more effectively navigate the site
