User Group Meeting - June 16, 2022

Mass Digital held a User Group Meeting for Mass.gov authors and editors on Thursday, June 16, on the enterprise chatbot.

CMS authors and editors were introduced to the Mass.gov chatbot rollout plan beginning with these services:

• RMV/DOT: EZ Drive, License, Registration

• DTA: SNAP

• DFW: Buy fishing & hunting licenses

• EOTSS: Cybersecurity
