Dec. 12, 2018

Dec. 12, 3:38 p.m. — We previously reported an issue where users were not able to access the Feedback Manager. We have fixed this issue.

Dec. 12, 9:42 a.m. — There is an issue with accessing the Feedback Manager in the CMS. Users have reported a 404 error when trying to open the tool. We’re currently investigating the issue. We’ll let you know as soon as we release the fix.

In the meantime, if you need to review page-specific feedback, the in-page feedback tool is still working as expected.

Dec. 3, 2018

Dec. 3, 4:58 p.m. — This morning we discovered a technical issue causing errors in the scores you see in the Analytics Dashboards (Beta) and the “All Content” view in the CMS. We are currently working to investigate and resolve this issue.

In the meanwhile, to ensure the dashboards and CMS show accurate data, the dashboards will only display data prior to Nov. 1. This means all of the scores you’ll see are based on data from Oct. 1-31 or May-October.

Nov. 15, 4:08 p.m. — FIXED: We previously reported an issue where some files in the CMS may have been inaccessible. This issue is now fixed and access to all documents and images has been restored.

Nov. 15, 12:46 p.m. — UPDATE: The file restoration process has been in progress since yesterday afternoon. Many of the documents and images have been restored. We will send out a new update when the process is complete.

Nov. 14, 2:50 p.m. — We’ve discovered an issue in the CMS that may cause an undetermined number of documents to be unavailable. We are currently investigating the cause and will update you once we plan to release a fix.

Nov. 13, 1:23 p.m. — FIXED: We previously reported an issue where content scheduled to be published remained in draft instead of going live. This has been fixed

Nov. 6, 8:52 p.m. — UPDATE: We’ve identified the cause and plan to release a fix by the end of the week.

ISSUE: Last week we reported an issue where some people had reported content scheduled to be published is remaining in draft instead of going live. We still recommend not using the feature at this time.

Oct. 19, 11:40 a.m. — Earlier we reported a known issue where users had been unable to schedule content for publishing in the CMS. This issue has now been fixed. Now you can schedule content to be published and unpublished at a specified date and time.

⚠ October 11, 9:02 a.m. — We’ve upgraded the Analytics Dashboards (Beta) to improve performance and security. This change won’t affect the data in the dashboards. You’ll now find an “Improve your content” tab under each of the categories, which includes the best content strategy practices for that category.

Sept. 28, 2018

Sept. 28, 12:30 p.m. — Earlier we reported a known issue where pages weren’t displaying properly on the “See all tasks” page of Service Pages. This issue has now been fixed.

Sept. 28, 8:00 a.m. — There is an issue that’s preventing some links on the “See all tasks” list on Service Pages from appearing. This happens only when you’ve added a full URL to the All tasks section. Pages added via the autocomplete function appear correctly. We’ve found the cause and will release a fix shortly. We’ll let you know as soon as the fix is released.
