PFML Web Analytics & Feedback Dashboard

Overview

This document outlines the metrics found in the Paidleave.mass.gov web analytics & user surveys dashboard, the context for each metric, and why these metrics matter to the intended audience. This document serves as a history of the changes made, and describes the "trail map" of future enhancements and fixes, if applicable.

The dashboard contains web analytics data from Paidleave.mass.gov and Mass.gov, as well as Formstack user survey responses.

Dashboard audience

We produced this dashboard at the request of Julia Gutierrez, Bryan Hirsch, and the Nava team building paidleave.mass.gov for the Department of Family and Medical leave (DFML) team. They want to monitor web and feedback data, along with their backend data, to get a full picture of how people are applying for PFML and the success or issues they have with doing so.
