Exporting Document list from the All Documents page

Learn how to filter and download a list of documents based on criteria you set.

Summary

You can export lists of filtered results from the ‘All documents” page into a comma-separated values (CSV) file. This can be helpful if you’re looking for a high-level view of your documents on Mass.gov based on specific organizations, publication status, file names, or other factors.

Step 1: Filter

You can filter by 1 or more of the following:

  • Title

  • Filename contains

  • ID

  • Publication status

  • Author

  • Organization

The downloadable file will include data from these 6 filters as well as the date each document was last revised.

Step 2: Export

After you’ve filtered your results, click the orange “CSV” button on the bottom left of the page.

Step 3: Download

Once the file is ready, click the download link in the green banner above the filters.
