How to refresh your cache

Summary

Refreshing your cache is useful for a number of common errors experienced while working in the CMS. If you're logged in and see a 403 or 404 error, it's a good idea to first refresh your cache. This will often fix the issue.

If the issue continues, please submit a ServiceNow request for further troubleshooting.

Windows users

Press Ctrl+F5 at the same time to refresh your cache. This should work for all browsers.

Mac users

Press Command+R at the same time to refresh your cache. This should work for all browsers.
