Organization Web Analytics Dashboard (Beta)
Learn more about how to filter data in the Organization Web Analytics Dashboard, formerly the Leadership Dashboard, and how to use the metrics to report on your content.
Please note: This tool is no longer actively supported or updated, and may be decommissioned in the future.
The Organization Web Analytics Dashboard can help you quickly find web analytics data about all your content without looking up each individual page. The dashboard also makes it easy to compare different organizations across a range of metrics.
The Organization Web Analytics Dashboard will not work in Internet Explorer. Use a different web browser like Chrome or Firefox.
When you visit the Organization Web Analytics Dashboard, you’ll see the following tabs:
  • ​Traffic Summary (Page views and unique page views)
  • ​Content quality (Broken links and readability)
  • ​Feedback from the feedback form on every page (Nos and yeses)
  • ​Engagement (Key clicks, such as to other websites and downloads)
You can organize the data in the dashboard with the following filters:
  • State organization
  • Page URL
  • Page ID
  • Content type
  • Date

Getting to the Organization Web Analytics Dashboard

You may bookmark this link, or visit

Export your data

You can export data from charts or data tables.
Click the 3 stacked dots you see on the dashboard above the data you'd like to export. Once you click the three stacked dots a box will appear. Click "Export CSV" and it will download a CSV of the data.
If you would like to export all the data you have filtered in the Organization Web Analytics Dashboard, please file a ServiceNow request and tell us what information you would like.
